Stay Home and Avoid Contact: The most important thing that you can do to aid your recovery is to stay home as much as possible. This means avoiding contact with other people. If you have to leave the house for any reason (if allowed to within the current WA Govt directives) make sure to take precautions such as wearing a face mask, social distancing and sanitising your hands where ever possible.
Be Mindful of Your Diet: It is also important to be mindful of your diet while you are recovering. Try to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and avoid processed foods.
Stay Hydrated: It is essential that you stay hydrated during this time. Make sure to drink plenty of water and other fluids.
Get Plenty of Rest: This will help your body heal and recover. Trying to do too much before your body and immune system has recovered may lead to relapses or see you develop further illness. Listen to your body – if you are feeling more tired than usual, it is your body telling you to rest to aid your recovery.
There are also some things that you should avoid while recovering from covid:
Alcohol: It is best to avoid alcohol while you are recovering.
Smoking: Smoking can impede your recovery so it is best to quit smoking altogether during this time.
Stress: Try to reduce stress as much as possible. This may be difficult, but there are some things that you can do such as yoga or meditation that can help.

Our Wellness Pods feature full spectrum infrared therapy (near, mid and far) along with red light LED therapy. The cushioned, full-body, dual-wave massage system is ergonomically situated within an enclosed pod of thermal active energy; created in part by the heating of the Tourmaline, Jade and Germanium stones that line the pod’s inner walls. When energized, the stones emit radiant wavelengths which contribute to the effectiveness of the dry heat, sauna-like atmosphere within the pod. It feels like you are floating on a cloud of energized air.

During the session, the user can adjust cooling airflow as well as the unit’s internal temperature, which ranges from room temperature up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit.
