We do not have a shower facility – for good reason and your best interest !
Taking a shower immediately after your session shuts down the detox process prematurely, closing down your pores so they are unable to release more toxins. Not showering allows your body to extend your burn and detox throughout the day.
We suggest a minimum 60-90 mins between finishing your session and showering, if you must ! Ideal would be to have a shower before bed. We also encourage the use of a body scrub in shower to flake off dead skin cells to relive soft skin.
All our services assist in weight management, we recommend a combination of “Pod + Roll” 12 treatments for the best results with 2 sessions per week to increase your metabolism and burn as many calories as possible in a low impact, healthy way.
For those seeking skin tightening and reduction in cellulite, we recommend our Bodywrap treatments to soothe out cellulite from your legs, tighten skin and improve overall skin texture with a happy glow.
Yes you can ! We offer double rooms for Activeroll massage and the wellness pod, so you can enjoy the treatments with your BFFs, sister, mother or a healthy date night with your partner.
We also offer private group sessions for team building, healthy hens parties, birthday parties and more. Email us and we can get it organised for you :)

Once the appointment is booked, please read the welcome email and come in 5 mins before your appointment. Once you arrive, one of our amazing staff will assist you through every step of the way. We also have Afterpay available in studio, as well as packages for all services we offer.

However, any cancellations, reschedules made within 24 hrs prior to your appointment and no shows will result in clients paying 50% of their booked treatment. If you are on a package, less than 24 hrs notice will result in the session being deducted from your package. Thank you for your understanding.
WELLNESS POD FAQs
Most people lie in the pod in nude / undies / bathers. Less is better :) We recommend to wear loose fitting clothing, as you will be warm after the session.
Just a bottle of water and wear loose fitting clothing to wear after the session as your will be warm and glowing !
There are no food restrictions before or after the treatment. It is recommended that you wait to eat for a minimum 1 hour before your session and drink as much water as possible before, for best results and glowing skin. However, if you have eaten something it’s not going to hurt you – your body will be just digesting and detoxing at the same time.
Yes, you can !
The dry heat setting, massage setting and face fan is easy to access via a touch screen panel, located right at the top, near your face. There are 2 flaps given, where you can easily get your hands out to change the setting on the screen panel. It is very easy to read and our friendly staff will show you how to do so, before you begin.
Most clients will change the settings during their 30/45 mins as needed.
First things first – know that you are not alone. If you have a hard time with traditional saunas due to being claustrophobic, then Wellness Pod may be the answer you are looking for. While your body is in the pod, your head will be outside breathing fresh air.
You also have the ability to open and close the Pod any time by simply pushing up or down – it can even be proper slightly open for you if need be. If at any time you feel anxious or want to get out, simply push the pod open and step out. You can also use the touchscreen pad and turn on face fan to cool you down if needed.
We have many regular clients who are claustrophobic, but very comfortable using the wellness pod because your head is outside the pod with cooling face fan.
Nope, these are individual pods that have their own private rooms. We do have double rooms available for both Wellness pod and Activeroll. They can be booked via email or DM requests. Doubles are great for a self care day with a friend, partner or family member.
Don’t worry, we can customize a temperature just for you ! Our incredible Wellness pods are equipped with five heat and massage settings for your preference and convenience. If the heat makes you nervous, let your therapist know and we will not only set your session at lower temperature but we will also stay to tuck you in and check on you during the session if need be.
For a more relaxing, meditative experience, ask to be placed on lower settings. Rather than sweating too much, you will feel warm and cozy, falling into a wonderful nap while still reaping all the benefits of our amazing full spectrum infrared technology.
Your treatment time in the Wellness Pod is 45 mins in duration. We request clients to block out an hour so you will have plenty of time to get in and out.
We also offer Express 30 mins sessions and Intense 60 mins upon request.
We do not recommend Wellness Pod treatment for:
Pregnant or lactating women
Broken Bones
Infectious/contagious skin conditions
Epilepsy or Active Cancer
Individuals with the following conditions are advised to obtain physician consent before their treatment
Heart disease and/or other cardiovascular conditions

ACTIVEROLL FAQs
ActiveRoll simply put, it is a lymphatic massage that helps relieve muscle tension, eliminate unnecessary toxins from the body, and also lose centimeters from the body and reduce cellulite.
Lymphatic drainage massages help relieve muscle tension and lose inches from the body, eliminating unnecessary toxins and reducing cellulite.
Due to the effectiveness of our Activeroller massages, subcutaneous adipose tissue begins to break down and cellulite is visibly reduced. In addition, body roller massages are very effective at reducing muscle tension. It is the only massage that can be individually controlled by the person. Many clients not only Activeroll after workouts, but often even replace their workout with a body roller massage because it has many of the same effects of a traditional workout, minus the sweat.
The Activeroll machines consist of rollers on a rotating drum that make a predetermined number of revolutions per minute. Collagen and infrared lamps in the machine improve the elasticity of your skin and help maintain a youthful appearance.

After the roller massage procedure you will feel relaxed and happy.
One session is 45 minutes long during which the machines are set up with 15 special 3 minute positions focusing on different areas and muscle groups according to the principles of lymphatic massage.
We also offer Express 30 mins session and Intense 60 mins sessions.
AWS advises clients to begin roller massage with 12 regular sessions for best results. During this course it is best to repeat 45 minute roller massage procedure 2-3 times a week.
If you want to keep your results for the future, you should continue with a 45 minute roll massage procedure once a week.
Many active people also use this time to spend fun time with a friend, colleague or family member.
In order to get 2 side-by-side machines, we ask you to book 2 procedures at the same time.
During booking, under individual sessions, we have an option to book ActiveRoll Double, which is for 2 people together on 2 machines. Or you can give us a call or DM on instagram.
We recommend that you consume enough water before and after the treatment, as ActiveRoll massage immediately activates the lymphatic system in our body, which causes fluid to flow through our body.
In order to prevent the body from losing excess fluid, water should also be consumed during the ActiveRoll massage procedure. Water is available to purchase in our studio.
Feeling dizzy or feeling like you are getting a migraine during the activeroll session is a very common side effect. This is a sign of your body telling you, that you are dehydrated. To avoid feeling like this, we recommend to come to the session very well hydrated and make sure you keep sipping on water throughtout the session.

Of course it feels good to have someone massage you, but roller massage is several times stronger and more effective than regular massage and ActiveRoll massage may or may not be suitable during pregnancy/breast feeding.
It is believed that because ActiveRoll massage causes toxins and residues to move out of the body, it can in some way affect pregnancy or breast milk. So the final decision is up to you and you can always consult with your doctor.
ACTIVESCULPT FAQs
Anyone can enjoy the ActiveSculpt treatment. Yet, clients who have a healthy BMI will generally see more visible results. ActiveSculpt treatments are suitable for men and women, provided you aren’t pregnant and don’t have a pacemaker or metal implants.
Patients with significant fat stores may not be ideal candidates for ActiveSculpt. The HIFEM (High-Intensity Focused Electro Magnetic) energy used to power ActiveSculpt penetrates to about 7 cm. Those with thicker fat stores may not get as significant muscle contraction, resulting in fewer results following treatment.
Pregnant and nursing females should not undergo treatment with ActiveSculpt. Women who are close to menstruation may find that it comes sooner or cramping is increased/intensified with ActiveSculpt treatments. Therefore, we recommend not undergoing treatment during this time of the month.
A typical treatment plan consists of 12 sessions, 30 minutes each, scheduled 2-3 days apart. Our team can recommend a plan tailored to your specific goals and circumstances. Best course is 12 sessions, over 6 weeks.
ActiveSculpt applicators can be applied over the abdomen, buttocks, arms & calves. The newest areas that can also be treated include inner thighs, outer thighs, front thighs, and back thighs.
Results depend on a few factors such as your lifestyle & body composition (BMI), your objectives (muscle gain, strengthening, toning), and the number and frequency of your treatment sessions. We usually recommend between 12 treatments, 2x a week. Full results will be visible 8-12 weeks after you have completed your full treatment course. Just as with any sort of training and exercise, maintenance is key to ensuring your results will last. Monthly top up sessions are recommended to maintain your results.
While the treatment itself is pain-free, we are working some deep muscles. Hence many clients say the treatment feels like an intensive workout – without the sweat! You should become used to the sensation though, allowing you to lay back and relax during the treatment.
We recommend keeping your body hydrated. Wear comfortable clothing allowing flexibility for correct positioning during treatment, activewear is most recommended. treatment. Please remove all metallic accessories, such as jewelry, watch, or clothes containing, metallic threads or metallic accessories. Prior to the treatment, kindly notify your provider if you have any electronic implants such as pacemakers, defibrillators, metallic IUDs, etc. The procedure doesn’t require any recovery time. Typically, you can get back to your daily routine right after the treatment. While no special diet is required, you are encouraged to eat healthy to help promote and maintain results. Weight gain will prevent you from appreciating
your full results.

We've developed 3 x self care packages to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
Whether you're looking to de-stress, detox, reduce muscle pain or completely restore, we have a plan for you.
Choose between attending 1-2 sessions a week of your desired treatment.
Your credit card will be auto-debited the corresponding membership treatment price weekly.
You are able to choose from three time periods (45min, 60min and 90mins weekly) either once or twice weekly. If you would like to come in more you will be required to pay between $30-$40 additional.
Minimum 16 weeks commitment to begin membership on auto debit (sign up on website)
You can not pause during the initial 16 weeks of the membership, but you can pause it after (completing 16 weeks) when you are away on holidays or health/family emergency.
You will be able to pay the difference (based on Membership pricing) for the extra session!
No stress we understand everyone has busy lives that are hard to fit into a routine – for memberships if you are unable to make one week we pop the appointments on your account so you can use them up at any time in the future (or even bring a friend one week)!
No worries if you can’t make your appointment – you can always send a family/friend in your place so your session doesn’t go to waste!
You are going to see results FASTER! When you get into a routine and are actively thanking your body for its hard work, it will show you its love back! Consistency is the key to best results and by committing to weekly sessions, you are in charge.
PACKAGES FAQs
You will be charged the full amount upon purchase of your package, and every time you come in for your appointments in the future you won’t have to worry about paying – as we simply deduct a treatment from your package.
No worries if you can’t make your appointment – you can always send a family/friend in your place so your session doesn’t go to waste! Otherwise unfortunately that treatment will be deducted from your package :(
You don’t have to be as committed with packages – if you are unable to come one week its totally fine, you have a bit more flexibility on when you would like to use your session.
