How it works
FIFO Wellness Memberships
Most FIFOs have similar rosters, which are 6/8 or 7/7
This works out Week on site & Week in Perth
Choose between 3 options of
Weekly Memberships (mix of roll & pod)
45 mins: $59 a week
60 mins: $79 a week
90 mins: $109 a week
On your R & R week, you come in twice a week (2 sessions)
Session 1: Your first or second day in R & R, to help maximize your body to heal faster so you can enjoy your time off
Session 2: Book in second session, the day before leaving so your mind & body is reset for the work week ahead.

Active Wellness Spa is the best place ever. My weekly sessions are the highlight of my week! TERMS & CONDITIONS:

- The $99 registration fee will be waived.
- Auto-Pay will be set up on the website on a weekly basis when you sign up, and the payment will be made on the same day every week.
- Memberships are available at an average discount of 45% off the single retail price.
- A minimum commitment of 16 weeks is required to begin the membership on auto-debit (sign up on the website).
- You cannot pause membership during the first 16 weeks, but you can pause it afterward (upon completing 16 weeks) if you are away on holidays or have a health/family emergency.
Bookings
- After purchase, you will receive an automated email with a booking link or can book directly with our staff in the spa.
- Please save this email/booking link for future bookings.
- Please note that you cannot directly book on the website as it will ask for a deposit. Use the member link instead.
- The booking policy of 24 hours applies to all bookings for cancellation or rescheduling.
- You can change the treatment in your appointment by informing us beforehand, so you are booked in the correct treatment room.
- If you are unable to attend any session due to a last-minute emergency, you are welcome to send a friend or family member to use the session.
- If you wish to attend more sessions in a week, you can book them directly at the spa with our staff and pay the extra amount on EFTPOS.
Missed sessions
- One pause in membership is allowed per calendar year for up to a maximum of 4 weeks.
- All members can accumulate a maximum of 4 weeks' worth of treatment at any given time. For example, once a week equals 4 sessions in total, and twice weekly equals 8 sessions in total.
- If you need to pause the membership, kindly inform the staff at the spa and mention the date you will resume.
- If you are unable to attend your weekly session due to sickness or any other reason, please inform the staff prior to the week and book a double session within the next 2 weeks.
- Any missed weekly session will not be automatically held on account.
Cancellation
- A 30-day termination notice via email is required to cancel membership after the initial 16 weeks.
- One pause in membership is allowed per calendar year for up to 4 weeks.
- If a member fails to contact us within 28 days of pausing their membership with a new re-start date, they will be charged a $99 cancellation fee, and all account sessions will cease.
