How long does it take to get results?

This simply depends on the person, their current lifestyle, eating habits and cellulite.

But simply put, the majority of our clients will notice a difference by 4-6 sessions. We recommend a course of 12 treatments, with 2-3 treatments a week for the best results.

If you want to keep your results for the future, you should continue with a 50 minute Cellulite buster treatments once a week.

We also highly recommend our botanical anti cellulite cream for home use to enhance your results.

How does it work & how long is a session?

One session is 50 minutes long during which the machines are set up with 8 special 3-8 minute positions focusing on different areas and muscle groups according to the principles of lymphatic massage and focus on reducing cellulite, burn fat and eliminate toxins.

Full body self automated and contactless lymphatic drainage massage to help you burn calories, reduce cellulite and improve circulation.

AWS advises clients to begin roller massage with 12 regular sessions for best results. During this course it is best to repeat 50 minute roller massage procedure 2-3 times a week. If you want to keep your results for the future, you should continue with a 50 minute Cellulite buster treatments once a week.

What to wear for a Cellulite Buster session?

You must wear fitted gym/active wear. No zippers or jewelry.

For men we recommend long workout pants/skins and T-shirt and for women long leggings and tight T-shirt. Socks are also welcome.

We recommend to be well hydrated on the day, before your session. Also bring your water bottle, to stay hydrated during the session. We have water and coconut water available for purchase as well.

How it hurt? Will it be painful?

The first session can be a little uncomfortable but not painful and we can adjust the speed and intensity of the roll to your requirements.

Wit regular sessions, your muscles get used to the sensation and you will start loving how it makes you feel.

Lot of our regulars bring their own music/podcast/meditation on phone & headphone to zone out and enjoy some quality self care time.

ActiveRoll when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Of course it feels good to have someone massage you, but roller massage is several times stronger and more effective than regular massage and ActiveRoll massage is definitely not recommended for pregnant women.

Active massage is not recommended for breastfeeding mothers, but it is not prohibited. It is believed that because ActiveRoll massage causes toxins and residues to move out of the body, it can in some way affect breast milk. So the final decision is up to you and you can always consult with your doctor.
