Our Wellness Pods feature full spectrum infrared therapy (near, mid and far) along with red light LED therapy. The cushioned, full-body, dual-wave massage system is ergonomically situated within an enclosed pod of thermal active energy; created in part by the heating of the Tourmaline, Jade and Germanium stones that line the pod’s inner walls. When energized, the stones emit radiant wavelengths which contribute to the effectiveness of the dry heat, sauna-like atmosphere within the pod. It feels like you are floating on a cloud of energized air.

During the session, the user can adjust cooling airflow as well as the unit’s internal temperature, which ranges from room temperature up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit. • Be well hydrated before coming for your treatment for best results. 
• Treatments are 30/45/60 mins in duration. Please allow 10 mins after treatment finishes, to get dressed and enjoy a refreshing drink. 
• Less is better, when in the pod to get maximum light to your fully body. Most people lie in the pod in nude or in their undergarment/bathers. 
• Treatments are not suitable for those who are pregnant or have heart conditions. 
• Please refrain from having a big meal at-least 1 hour before the treatment. 
• Plan to consume at least one bottle of water after your session – staying hydrated is key to aiding your body in flushing toxins + fat.
• There is no recovery period or downtime after a Wellness pod treatment. 
• You can add a hydrating face mask and collagen booster shot to your treatment.
