  • Most people lie in the undies / bathers/active wear. Less is better :) We recommend to wear loose fitting clothing AFTER your session, as you will be warm after the session.

    Please remove any metal jewelry and watche before getting into Tera Orb, as it heats up. If you can not remove any metal pericings, we recommend to grab an extra towel and cover the area with it (to avoid over heating)

  • There are no food restrictions before or after the treatment.

    We recommend avoiding heavy meals or coffee 1 hour before the session. It is recommended that you wait to eat for a minimum 1 hour before your session and drink as much water as possible before, for best results and glowing skin.

    However, if you have eaten something it’s not going to hurt you – your body will be just digesting and detoxing at the same time.

    🔹 Scan & Start – Place the card on the reader (located behind the neck area) and press ENTER on the screen.

    🔹 Customize Your Settings
    ✅ Adjust the Back, Feet & Graphene Heat to your comfort level.
    ✅ Set Infrared to Level 10 for maximum benefits.
    ✅ Turn on the fan (located on top) using the button at the bottom.

    🔹 Enter & Begin Session – Once settings are finalized, press START (bottom right). Open the lid, step inside, and get comfortable.

    🔹 Relax & Rejuvenate – Your session will run automatically and stop when complete.

  • First things first – know that you are not alone. If you have a hard time with traditional saunas due to being claustrophobic, then Tera Orb may be the answer you are looking for. While your body is in the Orb, your head will be outside breathing fresh air.

     You also have the ability to open and close the Orb any time by simply pushing up – it can  even be proper slightly open for you if need be. If at any time you feel anxious or want to get out, simply push the pod open and step out. You can also use the touchscreen pad and turn on face fan to cool you down if needed. 

     We have many regular clients who are claustrophobic, but very comfortable using the Tera Orb because your head is outside the pod with cooling face fan. 

  • No need to worry—we can adjust the temperature to suit your comfort!
